Rails..."You are already signed in."

I am trying to modify my new.html.erb file to customize my sign-in page, but whenever I use the extension http://0.0.0.0:3000/users/sign_up...it just tells me that I am already signed in. I do not see the screen Jason is showing/describing. There appears to be a difference between what is covered in the vids and the current version of Devise/Bootstrap, etc etc any idea what I am missing in this case?

I would also like to get better at bridging these compatibility issues on my own...I don't know, unfortunately, what I do not know. And therefore do not know what questions I should be asking...so any help here would be great, also.

Thanks!
