RAKE

When i do the command: rake db:migrate, it denies it. HELP PLZ!!

What does it exactly output when you run rake db:migrate?

usually I would try 

bundle exec rake db:migrate

it's basically when system version and local has difference.. and by the way could be a huge help if you can copy and paste actual error message when you post here
