when i type bin/rake db:migrate . error occured.

Try running the terminal command without using bin, just rake db:migrate, I believe that should solve the problem. Were there any other errors? Also can you go to the folder db/migrate and copy the contents of the migration into your answer. There could be a type causing the failure.
