"Rake Spec" aborted - says "Permission denied..."

Currently watching video "Write Our First Tests" in Build a Todo List Application in Rails 4. Tried Jake's test command "rake spec" and it keeps returning "rake aborted! Errno::EACCES: Permission denied..."

Try running just rspec instead. It should run all your tests.
