Hi :] the correct formula is :

Math.floor(Math.random() * (upperNumber - lowerNumber + 1)) + lowerNumber;

and yes u need to get an input for the uppernumber and for the lower number

And adapted to your variable names:

var randomNumber = Math.floor(Math.random() * (upperLimit - lowerLimit + 1)) + lowerLimit;

And you won't need "userLimit", adding the two limits together doesn't represent anything useful.
