Raphael.JS and responsive and onclick?

I'm trying to get this SVG to resonsive on different sizes but I can't get it working. Not really good at Javascript and this Raphael.JS is over my hand. I'm getting it to work for what I need but I can't get it to resize and changing the onmouseover to onclick is not working too well too. I can't get it to get back to the original state.
