rbenv global isn't working

Hi there!

When I type rbenv global 2.1.1 (the newest version), and then do ruby -v, it doesn't display the correct version. How do I fix this?

hmm try using the rbenv version command instead of ruby -v and see if it displays the correct version

$ rbenv global 2.1.1
$ rbenv version
