Reactivate problem

Hello when i try to reactivate my account it is saying that it will charge me 12.50$ and i have the aviable balance on paypal also my billing info is linked with the same paypal bet when i click reactivate it is saying : "Bummer! Oh no, we weren't able to reactivate your account. Update your billing info and try again."
