I really enjoyed the console foundations track. I'd like to do more with it. Does anyone have any recommended places to learn more about the console and what I can do with it?
*Maybe a future Treehouse course could be Advanced Console.

The best place to learn is Linux Academy they've got a setup similar to Treehouse, it's all about Linux and using the console. I'd recommend you take their mastering the command line course.
When you need to reference a command's syntax checkout http://ss64.com/bash/
