Really stuck on Project 4 for Front End Web Development.

Hi There! The courses in JavaScript and jQuery leading up to Project 4 felt like drinking out of a firehydrant. So it's no wonder that I've struggled with this project. I used a plugin for the lightbox, but would really like to use my own code for the real-time search. Do you have any recommendations for specific courses to review or ways to help me pick up on JavaScript and jQuery better?
