Recent Documents showing nothing

Hello i followed the steps to take the picture,video and to choose one of those files , is working fine i mean take the picture fine and the video too BUT when i select choose photo or video the app opens the Recent Documents but surprise no files in there... not even the ones i have in my phone.. can you guys help me?

FIXED i had

choosePhotoIntent.setType("img/*");

and change it to: choosePhotoIntent.setType("image/*"); and now works fine
