4,190 PointsRecommendations for drop-in voting button system?
Hi everyone, I'm building a simple website with a list of items (lets say about 100 for now) and I want users to vote on items they like. A few more details:
- don't necessarily need more than one way of voting (eg upvotes/downvotes/reactions), just need a single button/counter per item
- don't need to limit the number of items a person can vote on
- need to validate that someone isn't voting on the same item multiple times
- prefer that validation does not require signing in
I'm comfortable doing any front end design work with CSS or HTML but I do not have the back end experience to implement this on my own just yet so I hope there is something readily available out there. I didn't see anything immediately promising after some google searches.
Thanks in advance!
