If you're willing to spend a little money check out template monster. I've used a few themes from them. The one I've enjoyed the most is the "monstroid2" theme.

You can customize just about anything with any theme. Monstroid2 just puts it together nicely and makes it easy. If you are just learning I would look into something on wordpress.org. The customizr theme is put together great and is free with a pro version if you want to go that route. I would also install the "Nimble Page Builder" plugin they recommend. Just play around and find something you like. Check the documentation and make sure it's well supported, check the last updated date.

Do you believe it is better to create one page site or to divide every different content of the site to a different page?

Those are looking nice. Personally I prefer the multiple page sites, but really it's a matter of preference and style. Do what you like and the how you feel is the best way to relate to your customers.
