Recreating Websites (Practice)

I would like to practice recreating websites in HTML and CSS in order to improve my skills and get more comfortable with certain elements. Are there any websites out there that offers various website layouts and elements for the purpose of practicing HTML and CSS?

just go and search a website you like, and do inspect element in google chrome, copy the code and mess around with it.
