Red marks on code why that happens?

Sometimes appears some red mark on the code, and i dont understant why. thanks be waiting

Hi Felipe,

On the Treehouse code challenge editor, conditional statements such as if, else, ect, appear as the color red. This is common in a large number of programs used to write code, as it allows the user to scan their code easier.

From what I noticed it occurs when indentation does not match up in the code editor on this website. Without proper indentation code in python will not work correctly.
