Reduce Video Quality?

For the next few weeks I am in an area with a slow internet speed, and the high quality videos freeze up to buffer constantly. Is there anyway that you can reduce the video quality for TreeHouse videos?

I tried modifying the HTML code but to no avail ;)

Perhaps try the download video option? You'll have some down time while waiting for the whole thing but at least you can watch it in one shot.
