The posted link for this video's support material takes us to a site which says the following:
"This site has been
Closed
This proposal didn't have enough activity during the beta. It was closed 5 months ago.
You could try proposing a variation of this site that you think will have a better chance."
If anyone has a copy of the material they can legally share, it'd be greatly appreciated.
