Refund

I was billed for 25$ with out my permission i am not aware there should be at least a reminder ??? i need to cancel it and get my money back how can i do it?

Hi Sai,

I'd like to let you know that all students agree to the Terms of Service upon sign-up, which includes consent to auto-enroll and bill should the trial period not be paused/canceled before it ends. Additionally, emails reminders are sent a day before the trial ends to aware the student of such. It could be entirely possible it landed in your Spam folder. I hope this helps some. We appreciate you checking out our trial!
