Hello there,

I recently signed up for a tech degree and wanted to use the free trial period to see how it would be and have been billed $199. I cannot afford to pay it, as my circumstances have changed. Is there a way I can get a refund? I would very much appreciate it.

Thank you for your responses. The reason why I am posting my question here as well, is because I wanted to get feedback from other members; to see if they had been in a similar sort of situation. I really do hope that Team Treehouse are flexible and not so stringent on their rules.

Happend to me as well. Was charged without any notice. I will raise issue in court.
