Relative path is not working...again.

I am having trouble with my relative path again, and I am not really sure what to do at this point.

Here is my index.html:

Does not look like you have your text inside the body tag it should look something like this <!DOCTYPE html>

<head> your css link

</head> <body> your text </body> </html>
