Remembering user input in a To-Do List

Hello, i have a To-Do List which i've made with HTML, CSS and Javascript where users can add/remove tasks and also mark tasks as completed.

However I want the browser to remember the input even after exiting the application. For example I want the web app to remember the tasks even if i refresh the page or exit and re enter the page.

What would I use to to be able to implement this. Is it related to cookies or frameworks or?? Not really sure where to start so any help is greatly appreciated!!

Hey, to store the information and use it, you need to use a database. Though, These is the possibility to do that without it. This post might help => here
