Rendering Problems The following classes could not be instantiated

I'm getting this when i'm setting up android studio and trying to run the "Hello world" . The emulator is all blank

I had an issue with Gradle when I first started. I upgraded my SDK package and gradle plugin and this solved it. This link might be able to help you.
