Request for Feedback and a Code Review

Hello Everyone,

I have just pushed my update for my wallpaper switching utility for Android to the Google Play Store. I'm looking for feedback on the functionality and the code. Version 1.1 is a pretty large change from 1.0 so if 1.0 is all the Play Store is showing, please wait to try it out until 1.1 is available for yourself.
