Requirements are a bit vague

So, I have been trying to just understand the math but the requirements are very unclear. If we have the two numbers from the user, let them be s and b (bigger and smaller) and our random number as x, then which of the four statements listed below is the requirement for the challenge:

1) s <= x <= b 2) s < x <= b 3) s <= x < b 4) s < x < b

The random generator is supposed to be inclusive of the numbers entered. Meaning that your first statement s <= x <= b is the correct one.
