Resizing .wrap element in media query

@media screen and (min-width:800px) {.wrap: 
                                       {width:700px;
                                       }}

The .wrap element is getting an error message. It is supposed to resize to 700 px if the viewport is 800 px. Thank you in advance for any replies.

Hi Jason,

You have a colon where it is not needed, directly after .wrap

Try this 

@media screen and (min-width:800px) {
        .wrap {
              width: 700px;
        }
}
