HTML How to Make a Website Responsive Web Design and Testing Adding Breakpoints for Devices

Responsive design elements not running correctly?

Hi, i'm currently having issue's with the first stage of the responsive design.

Although my code appears to be exactly correct as that shown in the videos:

@media screen and (min-width: 480px) { body { background: navy; } }

@media screen and (min-width: 660px){ body { background: darkgreen; } }

My linking of the responsive.css page from directory has also been added on the HTML pages, in the correct places so i don't think the cascading elements is wrong. However none of the responsive color changes happen when testing?

Baffled.
