Responsive Design nth-child problem

Hey ! When working on the Responsive Design part with Nick, and using the corrected code nth-child(3n+1) I am still having trouble. When looking at the smallest size browser window my number nine picture's caption is larger than the other captions and my nav doesn't stay on one line. My contact renders below portfolio and about. Any advice?
