Responsive Layout Project 2

I cant understand from Mockup(1024px) is the page have to be with scroll bar, or shall i make the page whole without scrollbar. Because at the moment I setup all parts, but its with scrollbar, when i look up on the Mockup I cant see scrollbar, so Iam a little bit concern am I right or wrong. Thanks ! Viktor.

You don't have to think about scrollbar just make right media queries to float pictures properly. But yes it will have scroll bar.
