If you mean video tutorials, Lynda.com has some great courses on this topic. Lynda is not Treehouse, it's not as cool or interactive, but you can learn a lot there. I believe they have a free trial of seven days. They even have a nice promo video about their responsive design courses: http://www.lynda.com/Responsive-Design-training-tutorials/1357-0.html

I'd recommend the Responsive Navigation section of lynda.com's Applied Responsive Design course.
