I really don't get it what's wrong:

  #gallery li{
    width: 28.3333%;
  }
}

From your screenshot, it looks like you're at the top of the css file (on line 1). For the exercise, there's already a media query set up for you at the bottom of the file. Move your #gallery li code to that section and see if that works.
