Resubmitting a project

This is the second time i'm going to submit this project. The first time, my files were not present for some reason, and only the github files were in my repository. I'm assuming that I submitted too quickly after I synced my files (I'm absolutely sure my files were present during submission). Will this 0 star rating stick with my grade or average out with my second submission? I spent a lot of hours on this.

Has this happened to anyone else before?
