$results->fetchAll loops through all the results. How do I pass the results to the send offer function?

passing result set to function in helper.php

index.php
<?php
include "helper.php";

try {
    $results = $db->query(
        "SELECT member_id, email, fullname, level FROM members"
    );
} catch (Exception $e) {
    echo $e->getMessage();
}
//add code below this line
$results->fetchAll(send_offer($member_id, $email, $fullname, $level));

Using "PDO::FETCH_FUNC" as the fetch_argument makes it pass the arguments to the function for you:

<?php
//...
$results->fetchAll(PDO::FETCH_FUNC, send_offer);

For more details, see the online documentation on fetchAll.
