Ribbit Item failed to play to end

Hi my sent video will not play when i click on it in my inbox. I get the error _itemFailedToPlayToEnd: { kind = 1; new = 2; old = 0; }

Through the console whilst testing on my device.

Instead not sure for the life of me why this is, any ideas?
