Ribbit: Menu item (for logOut and EditFriends) not appearing

My xml appears to be the same as Ben's...any idea what could be wrong?

I had this problem when testing on a device. The "overflow" menu item which is the 3 dots is in the top right on the action bar in the video. I found on my device it is on the bottom left on a soft key. Look around, or try the menu button on the emulator, if nothing works, post a picture of your emulator screen. I would guess your code is fine, just need to find that menu button. :)
