How to you enable swipe between the tabs in the Ribbit app?

You would not typically use a tab bar and swipe gesture together. The user is expecting to change tabs using the tab bar items. If you want to include a gesture I would suggest you review Apple's documentation on gestures. There should be a way to programmatically set the selected tab bar view controller. You would set this in the gesture method implementation for the swipe. Try searching for that inquiry on Stackoverflow.com, I have not tried this myself so I do not have a ready answer.
