Ruby on Rails

The Ruby on Rails social network project is not working, you guys only did it for Mac, http://0.0.0.0:3000 does not work when it tells me that development is being held there on command prompt, seriously I'm having so much problems with this. I'm getting second thoughts to why I wasted $25
