idk what just happened, i followed all the instructions and it says 4.0.0.rc2 in ruby on rails on windows, i can do anything now, i cant even start the server...what happen???!!!

9,154 PointsI think one of the main places you are going wrong is using the rails console instead of the normal windows command prompt.

188 Pointsyeah i know, i was even told by another member. I've gotten pretty far with all of this though, I'm going to take more courses on this website first before getting into any projects like the social network, and besides its not a real social network, it just gives u an idea of a simple social networking site. Gonna get some more training from programming and other stuff, do the quizzes and code challenges and learn more before i get ahead of myself.

188 PointsNever mind, I'll start over, I see what I did wrong. It was in sublime text. At least now I know what I'm doing wrong so I won't make the same mistake again once I start over.
