I am using a Windows computer and I'm struggling to find out which site to use to learn Ruby On Rails....Every website I go to or Youtube video I watch majority of the people are using Mac computers. Is there any sites you guys would recommend for Windows users??

I found it very difficult to learn Ruby on Rails through Windows. However, someone posted in the forum about using Nitrous. You might want to give it try. You'll have to set up an account but it is free to use. On the other hand, I did get pretty far using Nitrous but I decided to download the VirtualBox, and download Ubuntu onto the VirtualBox, and give that a try. So far, I prefer learning Ruby on Rails on Ubuntu.
Using UbunuDesktop or Nitrous are two ways of learning Ruby on Rails. But you will have to install the VirtualBox in order to use Ubuntu if you decide to go that route.
Hope that help!
