Ruby on Rails NoMethodError in Statuses#index

I'm having some trouble with the TreeBook ruby on rails application. I kept getting "undefined method `gravatar_url' for nil:NilClass", so I tried downloading the project files and use them, but the same error occurs there. Any ideas how I can fix this problem?

I tried using "rake db:reset" and it fixed it.
