Ruby - Validating Presence - Error

I have this error happening and I have no idea what to do after looking it up.

I have tried using

code "rake db:migrate" and "rake db:test:prepare"

and I get

code $ rake db:test:prepare rake aborted! Multiple migrations have the name CreateStatuses

Tasks: TOP => db:test:prepare => db:abort_if_pending_migrations

I get
