running a rails server

using windows 64 bits. typing in cmd: bundle exec rails server

after doing everything step by step as shown in the "installing a Ruby Develpoment Environment" project, i get all lots of output from the command line. typing "localhost:3000" on chrome says that the page doesnt exist.

how can i run the server?
