Same display property flex showing different result.In .main-header showing as column and in .main-nav showing inline ?

How does it possible same (display: flex) for .main-header and .main nav showing different result.In .main-header its showing as column and in.main_nav its showing inline why?

When you set .main-header as flex container with display: flex, flex items(h1 element and the whole ul element) are laid out horizontally on the main axis from left to right.

When you set .main-nav as flex container with display: flex, flex items(li elements) are also laid out horizontally on the main axis from left to right.
