Save Json to Disk

Hey,

im working on a AngularJS Application and since it will not run a server in the near future and is available for each individual on its own hardware (via network drive) I'd like to save the current dataset (json format) into a file and save it on the hard disk. I have found lots of articles about FileSystem API but i couldnt figure out how to get it working. Is there anything else i could try? Or maybe even a fully working local database (nothing i have to install - only file system functions like save and read).

Thanks in advance!

cheers, Dominic

Sorry, you cant't save a file on disk via javascript. You should aim for localstorage HTML5
