Saved work in workspace not showing in preview when I refresh. help?

This has happened numerous times before and I can remember what I did. And I can't find the question in the forums that helped me before. I know I am supposed to go into preferences and clear something but I can't remember where or what.

If it doesn't, feel free to shoot Support an email at help@teamtreehouse.com with pertinent information (Workspace URL, browser, OS, their versions, etc.) so they have as many details as possible to put together the puzzle.
