Screen all messed up

I can't work with the Code Objectives/Challenges.

When I type every so often the screen will change and looks all messed up for a couple of seconds then go back. Just working on one challenge and the screen will mess up multiple times on me.

What can I do to avoid this?

How can I post a screen shot?
