Searching for a tool that loads a random image every time you refresh the page (useful for website development stage)

Hi, I'm searching for a website that has this tool that loads a new image (a random image from their repository) every time you refresh your page. It was mention in one of the courses at Treehouse but I have no idea where.

Its a very useful tool. Especially when you are building a website and you have no exact images yet. You just need to load some image to see how the site looks like with an image.

Does anyone know where to find that?

Not sure if this is the site mentioned in the Treehouse tutorial, but it does a similar thing.
