39,199 PointsTraditionally websites are hosted on publically accessible web servers, if the site isn't public yet you put it behind a login prompt. If it's fairly simple website HTML/CSS/JS no backend code then you can zip up all the files and send/upload them.

39,199 PointsMy guess would be either you forgot some files or you were using absolute paths which won't work which is why starting with relative paths always makes things easier.
Do you know the difference between an absolute vs relative path? Have you check your CSS to make sure you are using relative URLs for nay background images.
