Separating out values in a loop to use as arguments

How do I separate the values in the foreach loop to use, for use in the send_offer function?

index.php
<?php
include "helper.php";

try {
    $results = $db->query(
        "SELECT member_id, email, fullname, level FROM members"
    );
} catch (Exception $e) {
    echo $e->getMessage();
}
//add code below this line

foreach ($results as $row) {

}

send_offer($row["member_id"],$row["email"],$row["fullname"],$row["level"]);

Hi Andy, you need to place the send_offer code inside the foreach loop. A foreach loop allows us to access each value inside an array (in this case each $row in the $results array) and do something with that value:

foreach($value in $values){
    // do something with each $value
}

Hope that helps!!
