Serious newbie question.....How do I get to my demo page? Opened WordPress cannot find my work anywhere.

Through DesktopServer, I am able to pull up the list of sites i have with the "Sites" tab on the bottom left, It takes you to this url "http://localhost/" from there you can directly choose and see the list of running project URLs. note that local sites end with .dev, (Example. "http://www.example.dev/")
