Set lap3 to the value in the third item of the finalLapTimes array.

double[] lapTimes = new double[4]; lapTimes[0] = 2.2; double [] finalLapTimes = new double[4]{2.2, 2.3, 2.5, 2.8}; double lap3 = 2.5; finalLapTimes[2] = lap3;

The instructions say "Set lap3 to the value in the third item of the finalLapTimes array."

But they want you to retrieve the value from the array, not just make an assignment with a copy of the literal value that was put into it.
